I have been practicing for thirty-seven years and my practice is limited to specializing in issues concerning disability, estate, probate, long term care, nursing home, Veterans, Medicaid and special needs planning. I understand that this area of the law is overwhelming and all consuming. Not only do I specialize in this area, I have lived it with my parents and wife’s parents, and I have volunteered in the area for over 25 years.
